By the end of the day, participants will be aware of a variety of Codes of Practice and will have gained insight into how they can be used in practice.

- An overview of the multitude of Codes that impact on money advice.
- An in depth exploration of some of the key Codes
- How to use the Codes in practice
- How to make a complaint or follow up breaches of the Codes
